The 2023-2028 Strategic Plan was developed in a participatory manner through discussions/consultations with both internal and external stakeholders. The plan has captured the Fund’s aspirations and initiatives that will be implemented over the next five years. The plan has taken into cognizance the Kenya Kwanza government agenda, which focuses on five key sectors namely Agriculture, MSMEs, Affordable Housing, Digital & Creative Economy and Health.
