As part of serving its customers, Commodities Fund has developed deliberate focus on the following special groups:
1) Youth groups
Who must, among other requirements:
- Have access to land with minimum acreage for the relevant crop as will be prescribed by the Fund. This must be supported by documents of ownership and in absence of the documents, a written consent from the owner allowing the group/individual to use the said land.
- Be registered with relevant Government Ministry with a minimum of 10 members and a maximum of 15 members
- The group must have 70% youth (18-34 years)

2) Women groups
Who must, among other requirements:
- Be registered with relevant Government Ministry with a minimum of 10 members and a maximum of 15 members (Provide a certified copy of registration)
- In case of mixed group, at least 70% of the group membership and 100% of group leaders must be women
- Proof of access to land (Where applicable)
